It is the hardest thing to talk about. Despite our awareness of the inevitable end of life, a considerable amount of living can occur during this phase. In our culture, is end-of-life the topic we are not allowed to discuss? This lecture considers this stage of life as ‘rewiring’ our imaginations, not ‘retiring,’ i.e., withdrawing from life.
