Description

Awareness Through Movement®️ classes are voice-guided movement lessons using slow, small, and gentle movements that increase the communication between your brain and body. This leads to improved comfort and coordination, as well as greater mental and physical flexibility in daily life. In this workshop we will study how the middle and lower trunk contribute to the function of reaching, and how to reduce the efforts in the shoulder and upper trunk in order to promote comfort and ease in a variety of reaching directions.
