Awareness Through Movement®️ classes are voice-guided movement lessons using slow, small, and gentle movements that increase the communication between your brain and body. This leads to improved comfort and coordination, as well as greater mental and physical flexibility in daily life. In this workshop we will learn to recognize the movements of the ribs, diaphragm, and abdomen that make up your breathing. We will investigate a variety of breathing options and their functions and leave you with a form of breathing that you can easily use to improve your general ability.
