Awareness Through Movement®️ classes are voice-guided movement lessons using slow, small, and gentle movements that increase the communication between your brain and body. This leads to improved comfort and coordination, as well as greater mental and physical flexibility in daily life. In this workshop, we will use a non-habitual activation of the hand and wrist in a variety of arm and trunk orientations to soften tensions in the hands and forearms and discover hidden connections between the hands and the neck, chest, and torso.
