Awareness Through Movement®️ classes are voice-guided movement lessons using slow, small, and gentle movements that increase the communication between your brain and body. This leads to improved comfort and coordination, as well as greater mental and physical flexibility in daily life. In this workshop we will explore some clever means to create movement at the base of the neck, where the origin of neck pain and stiffness begins, using the arms, shoulders and spine to improve posture, mobility and comfort.
