We’ll present dozens of topics ,photographs & stories including: A review of Riverboats like the Zebulon Pike, the first steamboat to visit here and the Admiral the biggest excursion boat in U. S. history. The ferries and the bridges, too. We’ll ride the rails from the Pacific RR to Amtrak and tell about train stations…especially 1894’sUnion Station, and tales of the MoPac, Frisco and other lines. There’ll be air items related to Balloon races, Lambert Field, Charles Lindbergh, McDonald Aircraft, Ozark Airlines, and the space race. In addition we’ll talk about auto things such as the Ford Model-T plant, the Dorris, Gardner and Moon autos, Historic Automobile Row, and Route 66.
